Because the number of sessions and vendor presentations is limited, the date DATAG receives each form will be noted and used to evaluate and prioritize proposals in the event that there are too many suitable proposals submitted. Please observe the length limits where they are stated in the forms. DATAG reserves the right to edit any sections that exceed the length limits.
This year, all proposals are to be submitted through this web form. Districts, individuals and vendors will click on the link below. As you proceed through the form, it will provide vendors with additional options for tables, presentations and sponsorships that will not appear for districts or individuals.
Before starting your proposal, please have available your title, 75 word bios of presenters, 50 word session descriptions, and telephone and email contact information for all personnel involved. The forms cannot be downloaded or completed off-line.
Please remember that submitting a proposal does not register you for the conference. Everyone including vendors who submits a proposal must also go to the registration link and complete the online registration. We appreciate and thank you for your attention to this detail.
